Raman Gaur has been with SIKAND since November of 1995. As a Vice President of Project Management, his primary responsibilities include contract compliance, project billings, coordination of sub-consultants, processing plans through agency approvals, scheduling and staffing for projects and presentations at pubic meetings. He also is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the various projects under his purview which include: the preparation and processing of all civil engineering plans, studies and services, street improvements, grading, sewer, drainage, storm drain, hydrology, retaining wall and the various utility plans.

Gaur has had direct responsibility for numerous projects with the County of Los Angeles and the cities of Santa Clarita and Palmdale.

From June 1991 to October 1995, Mr. Gaur was a Civil Engineering Student Worker at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works Traffic and Lighting Division in Alhambra, California. He was offered a permanent associate position but decided to explore the private sector and joined SIKAND.
