Sikand Engineering brings over six decades of experience delivering land development projects throughout Southern California. Our work spans residential subdivisions, commercial developments, mixed-use projects, and large master-planned communities. These projects often involve phased development, complex infrastructure systems, and coordination with multiple agencies and stakeholders.

Our Approach

A key component of our experience is managing projects through the full development lifecycle. From early planning and tentative mapping through final engineering and construction coordination, we provide continuity that allows for better decision-making and more efficient project execution.
Our in-house land surveying services provide accurate mapping, title analysis, and construction staking, ensuring that projects are supported by reliable data and well-coordinated field operations.
