Chief Executive Officer

Mark Sikand has been with SIKAND since March of 1984. As Chief Operating Officer, Sikand’s responsibilities include managing the day to day operations of the company.

His other responsibilities include the scheduling of work through the office, supervision of the design team, and coordination with the client, agencies and outside consultants to ensure satisfactory completion of work on time and within the project’s budget.

Prior to joining SIKAND, Mark Sikand was with the Los Angeles County Flood Control District. His responsibilities included implementation of flood control floodway programs and project management for flood control projects.
