MARI PRUTZ

Mari Prutz has been with SIKAND since 1989. She is the Vice President of project management and manages our processing department. The department is responsible for submittal of plans, permits, maps, and documents to the various agencies and coordination to obtain the necessary sign-offs and clearances required for approval.

Prutz handles the processing and recordation of major subdivisions while simultaneously overseeing the processing of required improvement plans, permits and easements. She has played a major role in the planning and execution of master planned communities such as Fair Oaks Ranch and Skyline. She has developed strong relationships with City of Santa Clarita, County of Los Angeles, Southern California Edison, Dept. of Water & Power, Sempra Energy/The Gas Company and numerous other agencies.

Our processing department is also responsible for coordinating the release of subdivision improvement bonds. Over $200M dollars in improvement bond exonerations have been obtained by SIKAND on behalf of clients including Newhall Land, Pardee Homes and KB Home.
