HENRY WALSH
President

Henry Walsh joined SIKAND in August of 1999 and brought with him extensive project leadership and business development experience. Walsh is our President and has both an engineering design and construction surveying background. Walsh has in depth experience in furnishing and negotiating construction design alternatives. He has proven experience in contract administration, project and construction management, design engineering, entitlements, environmental permitting and personnel management.

Walsh served as co-founder and owner of Civic Engineering Corporation in Van Nuys and Palmdale, CA from 1981-1999. Walsh’s responsibilities and expertise included real estate development consultation, design team budgets and schedules, construction and contract administration, development analysis, property acquisition studies, land planning, municipal processing, governing agency representation and civil engineering including site design and infrastructure improvements.

As a Principal co-founder at W & W Builders, Inc. from 1985-1999, Walsh purchased, managed, and built developments in the communities of Acton, Agua Dulce, San Bernardino, Calabasas, and Van Nuys. He furnished land planning, environmental permitting and Department of Real Estate processing and acted as the Development Manager to all development/construction partnerships.
